In order to taste the subtle notes in a coffee, it is best brewed within 3-4 weeks from the date of roasting. Even though the coffee is fit for consumption further from that date, the coffee will start loosing out flavours after a month of roasting.
Keep the coffee away from direct sunlight and moisture. Please refrain from storing it in the refrigerator. Keeping it in an air tight container will ensure you have fresh coffee all the time.
Well, it depends on you. As we prefer our own recipes for our favorite comfort foods, same holds true for coffee. Some like it black and others enjoy it with milk. Just try various recipes for a roast. The results might surprise you. :)
We roast our coffees one to two times bi-weekly. Once an order is placed, we'll process it as soon as possible and ship it within 48 hours. Depending on your location, you might receive your order in a couple of days (metropolitan areas) to a week.
