French Press
- Take 25 gm of coffee and grind it to a very coarse size.
- Heat 300 ml of water to 90-95c .
- Rinse your french press with hot water.
- Put your ground beans into the french press and add 50 ml of hot water.
- Let it bloom for 30 - 35 seconds.
- Add the remaining water and place the plunger in position.
- Wait for 4 minutes.
- Plunge for a nice bodied delicious coffee. Enjoy.
NOTE
- If plunging is way too easy or too difficult, vary the grind size accordingly.
- Vary brew time, water temperature, beans quantity to get your preferred taste.
- Make sure to remove any remaining coffee from the French press after brewing to stop over extraction.
